Store in the freezer at all times except for the portion to be consumed that same day.

Defrosting Instructions

🕙 Normal Defrosting

Thaw on a plastic tray by itself within 7 hrs max. If placed overnight in fridge, ready next morning.

🚿 Immediate Defrosting

Place product directly under hot water. This will take a maximum of 90 minutes.

⛔ NEVER Microwave

NEVER defrost HAR in a microwave, steamer, water bath or directly on the stove fire. DO NOT expose to sun.

🧊 Storage

Always keep frozen until consumption. Surplus should be stored in resealable bag in fridge (24 hrs consumption).

🚗 Transport: If the product leaves home, must be transported inside an ice cooler with ice.
